GL events Audiovisual & Power deployed a professional L-Acoustics sound system combined with wireless microphones (RF), ensuring clear and consistent audio for all presentations and discussions.
- Enabling international participants to follow the discussions
To support the international scope of the event, our teams implemented a Bosch simultaneous interpretation solution with 150 multichannel receivers, allowing participants to follow the debates in optimal conditions.

Content was enhanced through the installation of a 9 x 6.5 m LED wall, complemented by several screens distributed across adjacent areas. This setup ensured optimal visibility for presentations and speakers.

To enhance the event’s visual impact, a dedicated lighting design was deployed using Martin MAC Aura moving-head fixtures and LED solutions, creating an atmosphere that was both professional and welcoming.
