This year, GL events Audiovisual et Power is a service provider and partner of the Lyon Street Food Festival, a 4-day festival featuring more than 120 chefs and pastry chefs, 400 participatory workshops and 60 concerts/DJ sets. 25,000m2 of scenographic spaces are dedicated to an experience combining Food, Culture, Music and Party.

BESOINS CLIENT
- Staging the various halls and stages
- Provide the entire site with background music and sound for the various stages.
- Set up a TV set for Street Food Stories interview sessions
- Set up electrical distribution throughout the site
OUR EVENT SOLUTIONS :
- Lighting design
Our teams were responsible for the lighting of the site, providing different lighting atmospheres for the different halls and culinary destinations in over 25,000m2 of space. Several stages were set up on the festival site to accommodate numerous artists, and our teams were responsible for setting up the stage lighting.
- Sound
We installed sound equipment to provide background music throughout the site. Sound equipment was also installed on the various stages for the concerts.
- TV set and recording
A TV set was set up in one of the halls to capture and record the Street Food Stories interview sessions during the 4-day festival.
- Electrical distribution
We took care of the electrical distribution for the entire site, powering all the cooking equipment used by the chefs and pastry chefs.
