Created in 2003, Omnivore is dedicated to the young French and international cuisine through publications and culinary festivals. The 14th edition of the festival was animated by 130 chefs, craftsmen, farmers, wine-growers and sommeliers in order to give us a glimpse of the future of gastronomy, with a refreshing and new vision.
