GL events Audiovisual & Power handled the installation of audiovisual and energy solutions for the event, including sound, lighting, and video setup, as well as electrical distribution for the different areas.

CUSTOMER NEEDS
- Equip the arena and various indoor and outdoor spaces with audiovisual solutions to deliver an unforgettable show for the audience.
- Ensure the electrical distribution for all event equipment.
OUR TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
- Lighting of the arena and various spaces
To enhance the spectator experience, we used Esprite Profile and Mac Aura XIP projectors for stage lighting, and Ledbeam and AX5 for visual effects. We also provided lighting for the outdoor areas and the Bar space using Windkolor projectors from Starway.
- Sound system for the arena and spaces
GL events Audiovisual & Power provided the installation of an L-Acoustics sound system for optimal audio coverage. To ensure smooth communication throughout the event, over 50 wireless intercom stations were deployed, with efficient network management in place.
- Video
We installed 3 LED screens (5x3m, Pitch 2.6mm) hanging over the central ring for an immersive experience. In addition, 4 LED screens (1x2.5m, Pitch 2.6mm) were deployed on stage, ensuring excellent visibility for all spectators.
- Event power distribution
We handled the event's power distribution, ensuring the supply of all audiovisual, lighting equipment, and various event spaces
