OUR TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
- A spectacular and synchronized lighting design
To enhance the event and highlight key ceremonial moments, we designed a large-scale lighting setup based on over 140 intelligent lighting fixtures. The lighting rig combined cutting-edge technologies such as Ayrton Cobra 2, Robe Forte and Forte LTX, as well as Oxo Pyxiline, enabling the creation of dynamic, powerful effects perfectly suited to an outdoor environment. The entire system was remotely controlled via Robe Followspot, ensuring maximum precision for follow spots and seamless synchronization with the video show.
- Immersive sound for an outdoor event
To deliver an optimal audio experience across the entire esplanade, we deployed a high-performance sound system based on a combination of KARA II line arrays, SB28 subwoofers, along with complementary SYVA and SB18 solutions. This configuration ensured consistent sound coverage, excellent speech intelligibility, and full immersion for the audience.
- Reliable and secure power distribution
Alongside the audiovisual systems, our teams managed the entire power distribution required for sound, lighting, and video installations. The infrastructure was designed to meet the constraints of an outdoor event, integrating secure networks, power redundancy, and optimized load management. This approach guarantees reliable and continuous operation while ensuring the safety of both equipment and audiences.
- Safety systems and autonomous lighting solutions
To enhance site safety and support audience flow, we also deployed autonomous Airstar lighting balloons. These solutions provide effective safety lighting, facilitate evacuation operations if necessary, and maintain optimal visibility across the entire area, especially in nighttime conditions.
- Technical coordination serving emotion
Beyond technical performance, this project demonstrates our ability to orchestrate complex setups in demanding environments while staying focused on emotion and event storytelling. Every detail was designed to deliver a seamless, controlled, and memorable experience.
