OUR TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS :
- Our video solutions for a seamless visitor experience
Our audiovisual teams deployed more than 200 screens, 80% of which were touchscreens, throughout the exhibition’s main areas.
To enhance the show’s visual impact, four LED walls (3 × 2 m) and a 6-meter diameter LED ring delivered an immersive experience for visitors.
We also provided comprehensive management of sound, video, and lighting in the conference rooms, as well as in an immersive room, to deliver an optimal experience for all visitors.
In addition, we integrated transparent Vanish LED screens, offering a modern and elegant visual signature.
- Lighting for booths and common areas
We handled the structure installation and lighting design for the organizer’s booths and fifteen partner stands, combining aesthetic appeal, innovation, and technical performance.
Our teams also managed all rigging operations (motors, hoists, trusses) in close coordination with the stand builders to ensure a smooth, reliable, and safe installation process.
- Providing electrical distribution
GL events Audiovisual & Power carried out the complete installation of high- and low-voltage systems across the eleven Rexel spaces, ensuring a stable and secure power supply.
The entire setup was engineered to guarantee energy reliability throughout the exhibition — both in the display areas and technical zones.
