OUR TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

  • Custom air conditioning for exhibition and VIP areas

Our teams deployed a comprehensive air conditioning system to ensure optimal thermal comfort throughout the trade show, despite the intense summer heat. The setup included 180 terminal units—ceiling cassettes, wall-mounted or ducted fan coil units, floor consoles, and monoblocks—each adapted to the specific constraints of individual spaces. With a total cooling capacity of 1.42 MW, we efficiently air-conditioned 20 chalets and technical areas, while ensuring a discreet, high-performance, and seamlessly integrated installation.

  • Tailored power distribution across the entire venue

GL events Audiovisual & Power provided complete power distribution for the site, servicing exhibitor booths, food & beverage zones, stages, and VIP areas. In total, 112 electrical connections were installed using power cabinets and distribution panels adapted to each layout. Additionally, 17 chalets were equipped with complete systems including alarms, backup power supplies, and secure installations, ensuring reliable and continuous energy supply throughout the event.

  • Sound systems for event areas and site-wide activations

To meet the varied audio needs of the Paris Air Show, we installed over 100 professional speakers from the L-Acoustics ranges (X8iW, X12, A10i Wide), paired with SYVA LOWW and SYVA SUBW subwoofers. Several zones including a dozen chalets were fitted with custom sound systems, integrating wireless headset microphones for speeches, demonstrations, and conferences. The entire system was powered by LA7.16i CE and L4AX CE controllers, ensuring clear, consistent, and perfectly calibrated audio coverage.

  • Technical and scenic lighting throughout the venue

We delivered large-scale lighting for the show, deploying over 400 LED fixtures, including DTS Soprano 5 HDW 390W units, DTS 25–50° zoom projectors, and PROLIGHTS ECLFRESNEL LED Fresnels. The installation was controlled via a grandMA3 lighting console, offering high precision and lighting accuracy. To support the scenic structures, we installed 1 km of lighting trusses, 950 motors, and 350 hoists, ensuring robustness, safety, and flexibility.

  • Video installations for exhibitor booths and chalets

To enhance the visual experience at the show, our teams installed over 100 displays of various sizes including SAMSUNG QM55C, QM75C, and QM98T modelsacross booths, welcome areas, and information points. Special attention was given to interactivity through the addition of touchscreen monitors and interactive kiosks, increasing visitor engagement. Finally, 10 high-resolution LED walls were integrated into exhibitor chalets, providing immersive visuals and impactful displays for high-tech content.
