Provide sound and lighting for conference areas and exhibitor stand
Our team deployed sound systems tailored to each space’s use (conferences, workshops, stands, themed villages, and live activities), including main speakers, stage monitors, wireless microphones, lecterns, digital mixing consoles, and dedicated control rooms. The setup was complemented by stage lighting (LED fixtures, profiles, moving lights, backlighting, and DMX control), ensuring excellent visibility for speakers, consistent audio quality, and optimal comfort for visitors.

Ensure high-performance video distribution across the entire exhibition
Over 420 professional screens ranging from 32 to 98 inches were installed, along with interactive kiosks, LED walls, digital signage solutions, and multi-signal distribution systems. Content was managed through a centralized video infrastructure, enabling simultaneous broadcasting of conferences, dynamic signage, visitor information, and exhibitor content throughout the venue.

Deliver a reliable and secure power supply
A complete electrical infrastructure has been installed including distribution panels, electrical boxes, overhead power supplies, cable trays, cable routing, power outlets, and both high and low voltage networks. Each installation was sized according to the specific needs of each area, ensuring continuous, safe, and compliant power supply for audiovisual equipment, exhibitor stands, conference spaces, and technical installations throughout the event.
