OUR TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

• A video strategy designed for impact and visibility

To enhance stand attractiveness and optimize the visitor experience across the entire trade show, our teams delivered a comprehensive audiovisual technical solution, built around a coherent and immersive video strategy.
The system combined live video capture with large-format display, supported by a carefully planned distribution of audiovisual equipment throughout the event venue.

The scope included live video capture of key moments hosted in the Chereau Agora, with content broadcast on a LED wall installed at the heart of this central space. Additional LED walls were deployed on the MAN and Lamberet stands, significantly boosting their visibility and visual impact.
In parallel, nearly 100 LCD screens were installed and distributed throughout the show to ensure smooth, consistent communication. Ten interactive kiosks and touchscreens were also deployed, offering engaging, interactive uses fully integrated into the visitor journey.

• Comprehensive sound reinforcement for discussion and entertainment areas

At a large-scale trade show such as SOLUTRANS, sound quality is a key factor in ensuring visitor comfort, speech intelligibility, and overall experience consistency across stands and shared spaces. Our teams delivered a complete professional sound solution, tailored to the specific constraints and uses of a B2B event.

The sound reinforcement of the agora supported speeches and live sessions under optimal acoustic conditions. Professional microphone systems ensured clear and intelligible sound reproduction, while translation systems were integrated to support key moments and improve content accessibility.
Meanwhile, background music distribution on exhibition stands helped reinforce atmosphere, attractiveness, and exhibitor identity, as part of a controlled and coherent event sound design approach.

• Technical and scenographic lighting design

To enhance spaces, structure volumes, and guide visitor flow, we designed and deployed a complete lighting solution, combining functional lighting with scenographic effects. This approach creates rhythm, highlights exhibition areas, and supports visitor circulation throughout the show.

Our event lighting solutions included general lighting on multiple stands to ensure optimal visibility, complemented by dynamic lighting effects specifically designed for the MAN and Lamberet stands. Decorative lighting elements — notably LED tubes installed in the agora and the Innovation Area — strengthened the visual identity of these spaces and created a distinctive lighting atmosphere, fully aligned with the event scenography.

In addition to audiovisual services, our teams delivered the full power distribution infrastructure required to support technical installations across stands and shared areas. This event power solution was designed to meet the strict safety, reliability, and continuity requirements of professional trade shows, while adapting to the intense operational rhythm of the event.
