Paris Randos Nature 2026 took place at the Parc Floral de Paris for its first edition dedicated to hiking, outdoor activities and nature exploration. Over three days, the event brought together enthusiasts, professionals and the general public around a rich program combining screenings, conferences and immersive workshops.

GL events Audiovisual & Power teams supported the event through the design and deployment of audiovisual systems, ensuring a smooth, immersive and high-quality experience across all activity and animation areas.

OUR TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

Our teams designed and deployed tailor-made event audiovisual solutions to support the key highlights of Paris Randos Nature.
An immersive cinema room was equipped with professional sound reinforcement and a 6 × 3 m high-definition indoor LED wall, delivering optimal image quality for film screenings and content broadcasts.

A conference room also benefited from a fully integrated setup, including sound reinforcement, 4K 75’’ display screens and a stage, enabling conferences and keynote sessions to take place under perfectly controlled technical conditions.
In addition, a workshop area was equipped with a dedicated audiovisual solution combining sound systems, a 75’’ screen and video playback equipment, encouraging interactive exchanges and educational formats.

All systems were operated from dedicated audiovisual control rooms, ensuring smooth, reliable and continuous operation throughout the event.

  • Technical implementation of activity and animation areas

GL events Audiovisual & Power managed the technical installation of the various activity areas, coordinating sound, video and lighting equipment required for the smooth running of the show.
The deployed solutions were designed to integrate seamlessly into the Parc Floral de Paris environment, while meeting the performance and safety requirements specific to a public-facing event.

Our teams handled all technical phases, from installation and testing to live operation, guaranteeing service continuity and full control of audiovisual workflows.

  • Engineering, operation and technical support

Beyond equipment deployment, GL events Audiovisual & Power mobilized its expertise in audiovisual engineering, technical direction and event operations.
Our sound and video teams supported the event by coordinating human and technical resources and ensuring installation reliability throughout the three days open to the public.
